• We are not a lay-away service and don't hold items until Buyer's next paycheck comes in. If Buyer cannot pay within specified time and/or Buyer makes no request from us to hold item in advance for a short reasonable time period, please DO NOT waste our time by bidding. We have had too many Buyer's in the past ask us to hold an item(s) for a week or so after the fact only to never hear from the Buyer again. We do not believe that is fair to us and any person(s) failing to pay will have a claimed filed against them

SHIPPING:

• Shipping is done in such a way to make the price fair to everyone. Seller DOES NOT charge extra for shipping material, gasoline, time and effort to pack, transport and deliver to shipping service. We believe this is part of our overhead and comes out of the sales profit
• Generally if an item weighs under 6 ounces the price for shipping is fixed. Any item weighing over 6 ounces we choose Ebay's option of setting the price calculated by buyers location. This way someone living 1 mile from us should not have to pay the same for shipping as someone living 1,000 miles away, etc.
• We almost always use the United States Postal Service for shipping unless it is an extremely heavy or large item which we then ship by United Parcel Service
• DO NOT assume shipping is free on an item if it does not say free shipping here in the listing narrative and below the sale price under the shipping specifics.  Too many people are shopping by cell phone using Ebay apps and those apps are abbreviated versions of the Site and do always show accurate shipping fees. Always check twice to make sure of the shipping price
• Our handling time is generally 2-3 days. Holidays and weekends excluded
• We try NOT to be running to the Post Office everyday during the business week. Therefore, items are generally shipped on Mondays and Fridays with the previous exceptions
• All shipments include delivery confirmation
• Special handling or special handling requests may require an additional service fee
• International shipping is available on most of our items. Firearms and other certain weapons and/or their accessories cannot be shipped outside of the USA by law.  We not ship precious metals (gold, silver, platinum) outside the USA
• International Buyers are responsible for all import taxes/duties
• We DO NOT falsify Customs forms. DO NOT ask to have us send an item outside the USA as a "gift" if you purchased it from us. DO NOT ask us to reduce the value in order for you to pay a lower import tax.  These are all crimes in the USA and we will NOT do it. We will report this activity to Ebay
• Seller reserves the right NOT to ship to certain unfriendly countries of the USA and those countries with an established history of internet and mail fraud. In addition we DO NOT ship to countries with unreliable postal systems

RETURNS:

• Are accepted on most items unless otherwise specified
• Those exceptions are, but not limited to, precious metals, clothing and items of excessive weight or subject to immediate market trends
• It is Buyer's responsibility to read entire listing requirements, terms and descriptions. By doing this the Buyer has a better understanding of the contract he/she is bound to once a bid is placed and/or purchases an item.  It also enhances your buying experience with us
• Clothing is especially difficult to buy over the internet because a Buyer cannot try on the piece before hand. We understand this and make every attempt to show all sizes and details of the item.  We cannot afford to offer returns on most clothing items simply because of the likelihood ratio of purchase to returns.  If a clothing item is listed with "no returns accepted" the sale is final and sold as is
• In cases where returns are accepted a Buyer has 14 days from receipt of item to return
• In cases where an item is "sold as is with no returns" - we will honor Ebay Buyer Protection policies
