Pagani teases new C9 V12 supercar
Fri, 07 Jan 2011Pagani has just released a second teaser video that previews its new supercar; currently known by the internal codename C9, the latest rumour doing the rounds is that Pagani has registered the name Huayra for its Zonda successor. Pagani will unveil the new C9/Huayra at the Geneva motor show in March 2011 – it’s powered by a twin-turbo, AMG-developed V12 engine. Chris Bangle to receive EyesOn Design Lifetime Design Achievement Award

The jugers, all past winners of the award, include Walter de'Silva, Tom Gale, Giorgetto Giugiaro, Chuck Jordan, Robert Lutz, Shiro Nakamura, Sergio Pininfarina and Jack Telnack. Bangle is best known for his pioneering work at BMW Group from 1992 until 2009, when he left his position of Chief of Design.
125th Anniversary of the Automobile: Karl Benz and Gottlieb Daimler put the world on wheels

Karl Benz filed a patent for a three-wheeled vehicle driven by a gasoline engine in Mannheim, Germany, on that day in 1886, the same year Gottlieb Daimler completed his motorized carriage in Cannstatt, Germany.
