All internal combustion engines have a design flaw! The crankshaft drives the oil pump that pressurizes the lubrication system. And every time the engine is started, several hundred revolutions of the crankshaft occur before pressurized oil is present to lubricate the bearings.

This design flaw results in dry bearing abrasion each and every time the engine is started.

Bugatti won't build new car until Veyron is sold out

Bugatti executives told Bloomberg on Wednesday that the brand won't move forward with a new automobile until all of the remaining Veyrons have sold out. The French automaker built 300 original Bugatti coupes, followed by 150 various variants. The coupes sold out in 2011, but 40 convertibles are still for sale.

On Monday, 9-year-old Eli Williams became plant manager for a day at Ford's Mustang assembly plant in Flat Rock, Mich. Williams was diagnosed with a medulloblastoma, which is a malignant brain tumor, on Dec. 29, 2011.
