defective, please contact us immediately through our toll free line or
via email You can buy with confidence knowing that most VIPER products
come with a warranty provided it is installed & used correctly based
on specifications in the manual provided. Full replacement parts are
available. Please note, the buyer is responsible for return shipping on
all warranty claims, MotoAlliance will cover shipping back to the buyer
after warranty work has been approved and completed.
