Any item that needs to be returned must first receive a RMA number from our Returns Dept. All items to be returned must be in new condition and uninstalled. Shipping is free to the lower 48 United States. Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are not part of the lower 48 states and will need to be invoiced for shipping.
