    You are looking at a Linkert M41 1 1/4" carb. body. I believe this is for a 1940 - 1948 Harley WL, but can be used on a V or U series. Basically this is a 3 bolt 1 1/4" externally vented carb body.
    
    All the threads are cherry as shown. There is no wear where the throttle disc closes as shown. No heli coils or filing of the air cleaner/intake manifold surfaces necessary.

   

I have done my best to properly identify this but please do your own research.

Front and rear lamps raised from the body surface and pronounced spoilers are two tricks Nissan will use more often to improve the aerodynamics and handling of vehicles--in addition to giving them a futuristic flair, global design chief Shiro Nakamura says.
