McLaren 650S Sprint revealed – debuts at Pebble Beach

Tue, 12 Aug 2014

The McLaren 650S Sprint arrives to hit the track The arrival of the McLaren 650S in February (and the end of the 12C, unless it’s being replaced by the McLaren 625C) meant, in all probability, that the various hardcore versions of the 12C would be replicated for the 650S. We’ve already has the new McLaren 650S GT3 at Goodwood this year, and now we get the car that fills the gap between the 650S and GT3 version for McLaren owners to take to the track – the McLaren 650S Sprint. The 650S Sprint – which we assume replaces the 12C Sprint – keeps the 650S’s 641bhp V8 but adds a hefty dose of track specific updates to make the Sprint more focused and with sharper responses.

Infiniti teases new 2014 concept car ahead of Paris motor show

Wed, 20 Aug 2014

It has issued this solitary photograph of a new Infiniti grille that is believed to be attached to the front of a new Infiniti concept car. Apart from some rather elegant detailing on the grille pattern - it reminds us of shifting sands on a beach viewed from overhead - we can indeed make out nothing whatsoever about the new Infiniti concept car.

Fri, 08 Nov 2013

WHEN eight cylinders just isn’t enough for your high performance luxury saloon, Mercedes has unveiled the solution to your problem: and S-Class boasting twelve cylinders, twin-turbocharging, 630 horsepower and a whopping 737lb ft of torque. As a flagship to trump even its own S 63 AMG model, the German firm claims its S 65 AMG monster is the most powerful vehicle in its market segment. Packing a 6.0-litre V12 petrol motor, this third generation of S 65 can deliver a zero to 62mph sprint time of 4.3 seconds and carry on to an electronically limited 155mph.
