Nissan Leaf Revealed – 3 more Electric Cars to come
Wed, 21 Oct 2009The Nissan Leaf revealed at Tokyo Not surprisingly, Carlos Ghosn – Nissan’s boss – has revealed that Nissan are working on a range of electric cars to be released in the next few years. Considering Nissan partners with Renault, and Renault announced something similar at Frankfurt, it’s not a huge shock toi the system that yet another car maker is going to churn out a range of EVs. First up is the Leaf, with Nissan aiming to launch an electric version of their NV200 van later in 2010.
Cold Fusion: Has the Holy Grail of Energy arrived in E-Cat?
Mon, 14 Nov 2011Scientists Andrea Rossi talks about his Cold Fusion E-Cat Cold Fusion – or low-energy nuclear reaction as scientists prefer to call it – has been the Holy Grail of energy production since it was first mooted in the 1920s by Austrian scientists Paneth and Peters. Essentially, cold fusion is a low energy, contained nuclear reaction which doesn’t use fossil fuels and produces no radiation. The problem is that the laws of thermodynamics say Cold Fusion is impossible.
