We have recently purchased the Company SPS Mudmotors of Missouri. We
acquired all their inventory and their web page. They were the original SPS
distributors.
We have an extensive range of SPS Products as well as our well known KKK Group
Thailand supplier's products. These products are interchangeable and
indistinguishable regarding quality. Many of the parts are made in the same
foundry.
We fully warranty our products, and back them up with the excellent service the
Caswell group of companies is well known for.
Our 16-23 HP kit is made by SPS.
LONGTAILS have been the low cost alternative to thousands of
boaters in the Far East for years. They are used by commercial fisherman and
hunters and are well known for travel in shallow, and muddy waters.
More recently, American duck hunters have discovered they
are ideal for powering LAYOUT & SNEAK BOATS into shallow areas, and they
leave a low overall profile.
The Chinese have developed huge commercial tourist
attractions as these simple motors have been strapped to the ancient style
bamboo river rafts, fitted with seating so folks can enjoy the sights of the
many rivers as the wind through the countryside. These rafts have now
evolved and plastic sewer pipes are used to make the rafts, making a cheap and
reliable mode of transport.

Pontiac SD-290
Wed, 21 Nov 2007According to GM, the Pontiac SD-290 concept is "Designed to evoke the emotions of classic sports cars". Introduced at SEMA, the vehicle is derived from a Pontiac Solstice but has been transformed into a pure single-seat race car with its passenger compartment made obsolete by a hard tonneau cover. Despite its competition red paint scheme, it is difficult not to relate the SD-290 to the timeless shape of a D-Type Jaguar. We can also see the influence of BMW's 2004 H2R land speed record breaking concept in the SD-290's asymmetrical layout, with its racing cockpit protected only by a small windscreen in front of the driver and a faired headrest and roll-bar behind the seat.
Fiat Chrysler recalls 500L, Grand Cherokee and Durango
Wed, 12 Mar 2014Fiat Chrysler Automotive (That's going to get annoying) announced a voluntary recall of the 2014 Fiat 500L for a problem with the six-speed dual-clutch transmission. The company also recalled the 2012-2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee and Dodge Durango for a problem with the braking system. With the Fiat, the transmission can be slow to shift out of park or to engage other gears.
Toyota to halt North America vehicle output for 5 days this month
Fri, 08 Apr 2011Toyota Motor Corp. will suspend production at its North American assembly plants for five days this month due to earthquake-related parts shortages. All but one of Toyota's assembly plants are scheduled to be idled on April 15, 18, 21, 22 and 25, the automaker said in a statement Friday.
