PAYMENT POLICY

I accept PayPal only. Payment must be made within 4 days after auction ends. After two days a “second chance” offer will be made to the next highest bidder.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase please notify/email  to resolve the problem before any actions is taken.

QUESTIONS/RETURNS: Please be sure to ask all of your questions before bidding on any items. Full Returns are given only if the item is grossly misrepresented. This does not include "buyer remorse" or "bidding remorse", so please make sure you want the item before you bid.  Items must be returned in the same condition. Only the amount of the item will be returned. The cost of shipping “to” and “from” will not be returned. Items shipped outside the US cannot be returned.

COMBINING SHIPPING: I love to combine shipping in USA! Please email me which items you’re interested in, and I will give you a combined shipping price.

SHIPPING PACKAGING & METHODS: I ship within 1 days of payment. If you are interested in a shipping method that is not offered, please email before the last day of the auction and I will be happy to add additional services. If you are bidding/buying an item that is expensive or fragile, I highly recommend insurance. 

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: I use USPS Global International Shipping when available.  Items shipped outside the US cannot be returned. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.  Global ships and handles each auction individually.  If free shipping is offered in an auction it’s to US only.

CONDITION OF ITEMS:   I represent my items to the best of my ability. Please ask questions.  Many of the items that I offer are previously owned, unique, vintage or antique and have general wear for their age.  Expect minor evidence of use or imperfections.  I take many photos and make every effort to photograph and describe items honestly and accurately.  Please use the photos to help judge content and condition.  If you are unsure of any detail regarding the item, please contact me before bidding as items are being sold as is.
