Please be clear that the pictures in the listing are part of your description. We want to be sure all bidders look at both the verbal description and all the pictures we provide. Shipping: US and Canada Only. If you reside internationally and wish to bid, please contact me first. I do not want there to be confusion over international shipping rates. International shipping rates have doubled and sometimes almost tripled as of May 2007 and I want all international bidders, including those in Canada to know and understand that shipping costs are much higher than in the past. So please email me first, if you live internationally, before you place any bids on my auctions. Thank you very much. Yes, I will always combine shipping unless you are mixing media mail with first class. It is always less expensive to send books via media mail.

Payments: Paypal only. Ebay rules now allow payment by Paypal only. US Funds Only. Email me please if you have questions about payment options.

Insurance: Insurance Is Usually Optional. But please, if you opt not to select the insurance option, don't be angry if something is mishandled in the mail. I pack very very carefully but accidents can happen.

Returns: I only take returns if I make a very bad mistake in the listing. Please contact me first if you feel something has been misrepresented. I try to be extremely accurate in my listings and always list any flaws, chips, cracks etc., and I welcome the opportunity to answer questions before you place your bid. So please read the description completely, look at the pictures (the pictures are an important part of the description!) and ask questions before placing your bid.

Due to recent scammers, I reserve the right to cancel bids from potential buyers who have an established past history of poor communication with the seller when they have had post purchase concerns and buyers who have demonstrated a lack of general understanding of the mechanics of ebay and the responsibilities of being a good trading partner. I do this for fun; I don't need drama. I am a friendly and honest ebayer and I want the same in my buyers. :-)

Hyundai delays Sonata Hybrid deliveries for change in sound device

Fri, 04 Mar 2011

Delivery to dealerships of most of Hyundai's initial Sonata Hybrids has been delayed until at least late March because the brand is altering the car’s device that emits an artificial engine noise at low speeds. Hyundai planned to have the car available in January but only a small number of the vehicles are in dealer stock, Hyundai spokesman Jim Trainor said. Trainor declined to say how many Sonata Hybrids have arrived in the United States but said about 700 units are in port or at sea.

Lexus Detroit Concept tease 2. Could this be an LFA derivative?

Mon, 19 Dec 2011

Lexus Detroit Concept tease 2 (click image for full size) Lexus has sent us the second teaser photo of a new concept showing a new design direction heading for the Detroit Auto Show. Last week Lexus came over all enigmatic and sent us a teaser photo of a concept car heading for the Detroit Auto Show in January which, they say, heralds a new design direction for Lexus. All we got was a tight front three-quarters shot of the new car showing a car which appeared to be dynamic and sporty, and with more than the odd design cue from the LFA.
