Although the feedback page clearly states that 4 stars is for good service, you just have to do the math and find out it is NOT good for your favorite (hard working) sellers! Sellers are required to have a 4.8 DSR in every category. Therefore if you leave a seller a 4, you are going to lower that 4.8 score and it's considered a failure...Even though they might have 100% feedback. Ebay can start taking the money that our buyers pay us and holding it for weeks or worse tell us we can't sell anymore because of low feedback scores OR for people filing cases against us. People who have a problem with an item need to know that it's always best to contact the seller. If your issue still goes unresolved then file a complaint with Ebay. Mercedes has based the ESF Concept on the latest addition to the Mercedes S-Class Range – the S400 Hybrid – and has packed it to the rafters with airbags. There’s one that pops up between front seat passengers; airbags actually in the seatbelts and one great big airbag under the car that inflates if a crash is imminent.

Fri, 01 Apr 2011Bristol Cars - is it a Chinese Takeaway Earlier this month we reported the sad demise of the quirky and eccentric supercar maker that is Bristol cars, forced in to administration through a shortage of equally eccentric millionaires to buy their creations from another time. The good news is that they still look like a viable entity if they’re properly marketed, so we didn’t expect it to be too long before a buyer popped up and grabbed the Bristol Cars name, its Kensington showrooms and the handful of staff left. So we weren’t surprised to get an email this morning from China telling us the press there are reporting that the Xinjiang No1 Tractor Company – a State-owned maker of tractors (you’d never have guessed) – had snapped up Bristol Cars from the administrators.

We first spied the Rolls Royce MINI back in 2009 and even then we were told it would become a production model. Well, it’s taken a while, but the MINI Inspired by Goodwood (for Goodwood is where BMW build the Rolls Royce) will debut at Shanghai this month and then go in to production with firts cars expected to arrive in early 2012.
