Lower unit theft has become a serious issue in many areas.  A thief can remove an unprotected lower unit in minutes,  and it doesn’t matter if  your boat is trailered in a parking lot, in storage, or even tied up to the dock, you are vulnerable to theft if not protected by the Watchman!  As you know, a lower unit is a very expensive item to replace, and they do not have a serial number to trace them.

Protect yourself with The Watchman’s New Tamper Resistant Lower Unit Lock Kit. These tamper resistant bolts and nuts replace your existing lower unit bolt(s) and nut. Both require the unique Tamper Resistant Tool to install and remove.  Installation only takes a few minutes, and once installed you will have peace of mind knowing that your lower unit is completely protected.

The unique pin configuration on each lock and removal tool makes it impossible for a thief to ever be able to loosen it, even if he had a tool.  Plus, the Bell Washer protects against utilizing any other clamping device to remove the Tamper Resistant Bolt and/or Nut, deterring the boldest of thieves.

Perfect for winter climate boat storage!!

Each item is constructed of Stainless Steel to prevent rust and corrosion

Lexus LFA Nurburgring (2010) first official pictures

Mon, 29 Mar 2010

Lexus hasn’t even started production of the LFA supercar yet, but it’s already unveiled a limited edition version – the Lexus LFA Nurburgring. Built to celebrate the LFA’s entry into the 2010 Nurburgring 24 Hours race, just 50 versions of this track-focussed supercar will be made. The tweaks and changes aren’t radical: the front-mounted 4.8-litre V10 has 10 bhp more (up to 562bhp) and the automated manual ‘box now shifts quicker (gear changes are down from 0.2 to 0.15 seconds) though the 3.7sec 0-62mph time and 202mph top speed remain the same.
