Lower Unit Gear Assy Mariner - Mercury 75 - 90hp 9011a Outboard 1993 Incl Prop on 2040-parts.com

Lower Unit - Propeller Housing from my 1993 Mariner Outboard. -
It got tired and I got more tired - of the powerhead. I used it on a 24 ft pontoon boat. This unit had a new water pump impeller installed this May 2016. I cleaned and degreased it today. There is water dripping on some pics - not gear fluid! This unit was well maintained from new - oil change every year while winterizing. I did not repaint it to make it look nice so you can see there has not been any welding or repair work done. The included propeller is - 3 Blade Mercury Boat prop 48-77342 A 40 15p. Prop has had a thumb nail size repair done to one blade. I have included a close up drive shaft spline picture so you can see there is virtually no spline wear. The pic shows just a bit of wear - but your thumb nail won't catch on it. It comes with no warranty. I am not a dealer - but check my ebay record. Also this is from my pontoon. So I know the use and maintenance. ** Make sure this fits what you need. Go to Mercury.com and launch their parts cat for your unit and compare it to a 1993 Mariner 75 HP in the OC222000 to OD283221 range. No reason to have a wrong application. This drive shaft is 22 /12 inches from the mating surface to the top of the splines - and 20 inches from the mating surface to the end of the splines. |

Wed, 07 May 201440% of our roads are in a ‘Terrible’ state We all moan about how bad the UK’s roads are after several years of extreme weather and even more years of underinvestment in road repairs. Now the AA has revealed that a survey of 29,911 of their members reveals that 40 per cent of local roads are considered to be in a ‘Terrible’ state, 34 per cent of main roads the same and just 11 per cent of local roads considered ‘Excellent’. None of which will come as a surprise to Cars UK readers; we get endless emails on the subject from disgruntled readers bemoaning the dangerous state of our roads and asking what can be done.

The U2 will be unveiled at the World Maker Faire in New York City on 20 September and was designed at Toyota's Calty studio in Newport Beach, CA.
