LS Rocker Arms with Trunion Bearings Professionally Installed

Ls Rocker Arms have been disassembled and new Trunion Bearings have been professionally installed

New LS1 style bolts are included for installation.

Whether you have a stock LS motor or a highly modified LS motor, replacing your rockers with a true roller bearing setup is highly recommended.   The stock bearings have a tenancy to fail.  These rocker arms are a must have for any aggressive heads and cam combo and are the same rockers we utilize on our 1,000 hp Turbo Motor.  We utilize LS rocker arms and install new LS1 rocker arm retro-fit trunion kit that replaces the cageless, loose OEM needle bearings and powdered metal trunion with a premium 8620 steel alloy trunion and caged roller bearings for added durability. The caged roller bearings that greatly reduce the possibility of the bearing failure experienced with stock LS1 needle bearings, which can send loose needles throughout the engine upon failure.

Fits all these applications: LS1/LS2/LS6/ LR4 Vortec 5300 LM7 L59 LM4 L33 – 4.8/5.3/5.7/6.0/ Engines

This kit includes:
16 LS Series Rocker Arms
16 rocker arm trunnions- LS-type retrofit
32 rocker arm bearings- LS-type retrofit
32 rocker arm retaining rings- LS-type retrofit
16 bolts for LS trunnion kit

Install
the upgraded rocker arms to the cylinder heads using the new socket
head cap screws supplied. Be sure to rotate the trunion so that the
flat recess side of the trunion's center hole faces upward (the socket
head cap screw must seat against this recessed flat side of the hole).
Tighten the cap screw to a value of 22 ft-lbs, following the OE
installation procedure.

By Tim Pollard Motor Industry 02 June 2009 06:57 General Motors today faces the humiliation of collapsing into bankruptcy. It marks the 1 June deadline imposed by US president Barack Obama for the General to sort out its business – or seek protection from creditors in the bankruptcy courts. As we’re all too painfully aware, GM has been unable to perform miracles, triggering one of the greatest industrial collapses seen in American corporate history.

BMW's MPA line bridges the gap to M

Tue, 11 Feb 2014

Soon, bridging the gap between your father's 328i M-Sport and the M3 of your dreams will be simple, all thanks to BMW MPA. The admitedly uninspiring "MPA" moniker doesn't refer to an accounting certification available at your local community college, but rather, M Performance Automobiles. It serves as a step between the M-Sport appearance package already available on nearly every BMW model and the fire-breathing M cars at the top.
