The radical Rapide is set to become the first hydrogen-powered car to compete in an international racing event, and the only car ever to complete a racing lap of the infamous Nordschleife without emitting so much as a gram of carbon dioxide. Honda To Debut Sporty Concepts At Festival Of Speed

VISITORS to this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed in June will be able to get up close and personal with two racy concept cars from Honda. The Japanese firm is using the popular event to showcase its forthcoming Civic Type R hot hatch and second-generation NSX supercar ahead of a 2015 launch programme. As well as getting up close with the new concepts, visitors will get the chance to race them – with the Honda stand turned into a miniature race track for budding drivers to compete with special-edition remote control models.
