Both straps can be lengthened or shortened a little by add a few extra holes. They have polished nickle plated roller buckles & "Quick Mount" nickle plated welded D rings. Our "Quick Mount System" allows you to put these straps on and off in under 2 minutes and offers the ability to be mounted to a wide variety of luggage rack rail sizes. ESP could save 380 lives a year

The UK's Department for Transport today claimed that hundreds of lives could be saved every year if all new cars had stability control fitted - totalling 4000 lives across Europe. A campaign to raise awareness of the potential benefits of ESC was launched last month in Rome by European commissioners and FIA president Max Mosley.
