Both straps can be lengthened or shortened a little by add a few extra holes. They have polished nickle plated roller buckles & "Quick Mount" nickle plated welded D rings. Our "Quick Mount System" allows you to put these straps on and off in under 2 minutes and offers the ability to be mounted to a wide variety of luggage rack rail sizes. Hyundai to expand U.S. engine production
