On Thursday, Ford announced that its new Mustang Shelby GT500 will be taking a turn on the famous hillclimb circuit as well. Goodwood will be the GT500's first appearance outside of the United States.

Thankfully, American buyers won't face that sort of out-the-wazoo payment when the new sedan arrives early next year.
