Damage and Return Policy Damage Policy - If you receive a product that is damaged in shipment please contact us immediately. We can file a damage report with the shipping company and make arrangements to resolve the damage. Any and all damage must be documented with photos of the damage (this is required to file a claim with the shipping company) and emailed to us within 3 days of delivery. We accept AUTHORIZED returns on UNUSED products for 30 days after you receive your product. Unused means that the product has not be assembled or used in any way. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for returning the product in new, resalable condition. Returns must arrive unused in original packaging, complete with all accessories and user manuals. If any original parts, accessories, documentation or packaging are used, damaged or missing, a 50% restocking fee will be charged. The customer is responsible for paying all costs for return shipping and insurance. Items that have been installed or used will not be accepted for return/refund. Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive the returned item to process your refund. The original cost of shipping will not be refunded for returned items.unauthorized returns- Items returned without authorization or items on which the customer refuses delivery are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Thu, 14 Aug 2008Paolo Pininfarina has been unanimously elected to become Chairman of the Board of Directors at Pininfarina S.p.A., one of the roles previously occupied by his late brother Andrea Pininfarina. The Board of Directors agreed to assign authority over the Group's design operations and Pininfarina Extra to Paolo Pininfarina and also elected to hand over the Group's communications to his sister Lorenza Pininfarina, the Provisional Deputy Chairperson. There has been much speculation about the company's future following the untimely death of CEO Andrea Pininfarina in a traffic accident last week.

Fri, 30 Nov 2012Chevrolet has released a new teaser video of its new C7 Corvette revealing more interior details and its new digital gauge cluster. With the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette's debut at the Detroit auto show rapidly approaching, the carmaker's latest teaser shows a new 200-mph speedometer and an all-digital screen featuring a large, centralized tachometer and information display. The latest teaser comes two weeks after another video showed the new Corvette testing in the wind tunnel, giving us minor glimpses of the C7. Within the first five seconds you can see a profile shot of the covered-up C7 before some flashes of design sketches.
Who's Where: Micheal Castiglione joins Ken Okuyama Design
Wed, 27 Aug 2008Micheal Castiglione, principal exterior designer on the 2006 Dodge Challenger concept car created at the Chrysler Group's now defunct Pacifica Studio on the west coast, has now joined Ken Okuyama Design. As Chief Designer, Castiglione will be tasked with designing products as well as cars once the company establishes itself in an as yet undisclosed location. "We're really busy with a number of projects that Ken's got going," Castiglione told CDN.
