This kit DOES NOT include a filter, vernatherm valve, or probe adapter (shown for visualization purposes only). For experimental category aircraft we recommend use of what we call the "Minifilter" (shown at left of gallery view) which will be available as a local purchase. The kit includes filter housing, detailed instructions, and all small parts needed for basic installation. ** Experimental category Lycoming O-320H2AD engine (double magneto combined into one housing with a single drive connection) users interested in using this kit should contact us. It is possible to make a very minor modification (to the OEM oil cooler adapter fitted to this engine) to provide bolt on 90 degree filter capability. Owners of engines certificated in categories other than the "EXPERIMENTAL" category should NOT contact us regarding this modification. Due to the limited market for this application, we have no intention of persuing an FAA STC.

Athough this kit fits virtually all Lycoming engined aircraft, there are a few engine mount designs that prohibit installation, and some that require optional spacers (typically Van's Aircraft). Also, check with us first to avoid situations where minor parts (temp. probe adapters, plugs, etc.) will cause time consuming delay chasing small parts when installing the kit (stocked @ Casper Labs). Young Drivers Accident Risk Warning
Tue, 27 May 2014RESEARCH commissioned by the RAC Foundation and carried out by transport research laboratory TRL has found that teenage drivers are involved in almost one in eight road accidents involving injury. Based on nationwide statistics covering five years 2008 to 2012, the survey showed that 11.9% of all road casualties were injured or killed in collisions involving a car driver aged 17-19. This was despite those aged between 17 and 19 making up only 1.5% of licensed drivers.

Jaguar Land Rover started off down the Government Loan route, but it soon became clear that the strings attached to any Government sourced finance where unacceptable. But in a sign that the future of JLR looks pretty rosy JLR managed to secure £175 million in private financing back in August as part of a bid to raise £500 million, and Tata have refinanced the loans used to acquire JLR.
