M998 Hummer Humvee Nos Rear Brake Calipers Both Lh & Rh W/ Pads Am General Amg on 2040-parts.com
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, US
This is a pair of NOS rear calipers for all models of the military HUMVEEs HMMWVs and also some of the commercial HUMMERs. This is original equipment manufactured by AM General which I discovered is MFR# 34623 and is noted on the tags in the pictures. The calipers are in special foiled sealed boxes free of dirt, debris and moisture. They are new and have never been on a truck before and have never been used for anything other than the pictures. The pads have something on the backside that might be some kind of rust but its not typical orange rust. They are wrapped with brown paper and inside of a sealed bag so they could not have gotten wet. I don't think it will affect the performance but I thought it was worth mentioning so there are no surprises when the box arrives.

Mon, 17 Mar 2014The Italian design house Bertone is reportedly nearing bankruptcy again, according to a report from Autocar. The carrozzeria has experienced financial problems in 2008 and 2013, and even though it generated more than €20 million, or approximately $28 million, last year, the company reportedly laid off 160 employees recently. At least 30 workers who have been laid off have taken action against the company, seeking to recover monies owed to them.
NHTSA report: Audi S8 tops 2009 theft rates
Fri, 04 Nov 2011The Audi S8 and the Toyota Camry stood out among the most stolen 2009 passenger vehicles in a report from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. The just-released report tracked theft rates for all new 2009 passenger vehicles stolen that year. It excludes most SUVs and pickups, so the Cadillac Escalade won't make this list.
