The new Mac TaskConnect (Part #ET1505AN) doesn't just display the trouble code, but can also help prioritize troubleshooting with the Top Reported Fixes specific to the vehicle's make, model, year and engine. Just press the MacTools Connect hot key and "connect" with the most probable fixes. Standard scan tools provide limited code information. The new Mac TaskConnect featuring MacTools Connect, a revolutionary new feature that now changes the game for mid-level scan tools. The manufacturer-specific code definitions contained within the tool are specific to the vehicle's make, model, year and engine size for more accurate code definitions than competitive products-so there is no need to go to a website to review or download additional information. Most competitive products only provide a definition that is specific to the vehicle make which in some cases could lead to an incorrect definition for a particular vehicle.
