This is a Machmeter, or Mach Speed Indicator, made by Kollsman part number 815BX. It carries a calibration label by Grumman Aircraft Engineering Corporation (GAEC) dated 1968, see photos. USN 33451 has been etched on the back of the case, perhaps the serial number of the aircraft from which is was removed (?). Measures 3.25in diameter and ~4in deep. It's condition gives clues of its age.   The dial markings are clear and the glass and case are intact. See photos.

Please note that seller does not represent that this specific instrument was actually removed from any aircraft cited in the description, but that any documentation referenced here is evidence that it is the same type number and/or manufacturer's part number, used in these aircraft, or if such numbers are not available, the item closely resembles photos of the aircraft's instrument panel.  We do our best to link instruments to specific aircraft, but Buyer accepts responsibility to perform the research to verify the item's use in specific aircraft.

Almost three years ago Fiat produced a limited edition Abarth 500 that paid tribute to Ferrari – the Abarth 695 Tributo Ferrari – which cam with decent oomph, a bright red Ferrari paint job and an eye-watering price tag of £30k. Now Fiat feel it’s time to pay tribute to another marque in its portfolio – and relieve punters of a further slice of hard-earned – with the Abarth 695 Tributo Maserati – this time a soft-top – arriving at the Geneva Motor Show next month.
