Toyota Prius C not coming to the UK – Yaris Hybrid instead
Mon, 24 Oct 2011Toyota Prius C - leaked in the photo above - is not coming to the UK Just last week we revealed that the new compact Prius City car – dubbed the Toyota Prius C – has leaked out in Japan from a brochure, ahead of an expected debut at the Tokyo Motor Show next month. But the UK won’t be getting the Prius C. A Toyota spokesman has said that with the UK already having the UK-built Auris Hybrid – and the Yaris Hybrid arriving next year – there are no plans to bring the new small Prius to the UK.

Sat, 22 Mar 2014Lamborghini’s driving simulator for the Huracan (pictured) The Gallardo’s long-awaited replacement – the Lamborghini Huracan – finally arrived just before Christmas after a long and tedious tease. But it was worth the wait and putting up with Lamborghini’s feeble attempts at a viral tease. With looks that draw the Huracan in to the family design of the Aventador, permanent 4WD and 602bhp from its 5.2 litre V10, the Huracan promises a decent fight for the Ferrari 458 and McLaren 12C (or should that be the McLaren 650S?) with 0-62mph in 3.2 seconds and over 200mph.
UK drivers risk Euro fines
Tue, 15 Apr 2014ONE IN FIVE drivers from the UK risks being fined when travelling in Europe due to not carrying the correct travel kit. Laws in Europe vary between countries but most demand every car has a warning triangle in case of a breakdown. In a survey by the AA, it found a third (37%) of British drivers did not know they needed to carry a high visibility jacket to comply with French law.
