The pan is equipped with a Heavy Duty Non-Toxic, PFOA, and PTFE free light grey Ceramica® Non-Stick which is remarkably easy to clean, absolutely will not stain, peel, blister, or flake, and nothing sticks to it. The unique encapsulated Triple-Clad base has been milled perfectly flat for superior even heat distribution on standard gas, electric, glass ceramic, or induction cook tops. While the induction models outer layer of the Triple-Clad base uses the highest quality ferromagnetic stainless steel, specifically used to activate the magnetic field in all induction cooking surfaces.
