Magma Marine Kettle 2 Stove & Gas Grill Combo - Original Size 15" MFG#  A10-207

"Marine Kettle 2" Combination Stove & Gas Grill
A10-207 Original Size: 15" (38.1 cm)

The Marine Kettle 2 incorporates new features that are both useful and user friendly -- including being virtually windproof. Its dependability in a stiff breeze is due to a virtual blow-out proof turbo venturi and valve system. A front mounted piezo igniter is now included, as well as a new burner and heat distribution system that reduces flare-ups. The burner also adds years of life to the grill by directing more heat to the cooking surface.

These grills have full, double lined inner safety shells to keep the outside of the grill cooler. A mirror polished, 18-9 marine-grade stainless exterior finish provides superior corrosion resistance Topping off the Kettle 2 is a polished, stainless "Stay Cool" handle. The hinged lid is balanced so it won't slam shut as the boat rolls. Magma's plate and dome system make it the only boat grill that is truly a grill, stove or oven -- a great advantage to boats without a galley, or if the first mate just wants to cook outdoors.

The grills feature a new cast stainless indexing bracket and clamp to provide easier, more positive level mounting. It uses standard, disposable, 1-lb. propane canisters or will easily adapt to the boat's existing onboard LPG (propane) or CNG (natural gas) system. The newly designed valve system adjusts left, right, inboard or outboard for easy heat control access and fuel-bottle change.

  • Radiant burner plate & dome system, indexing bracket and clamp, and turbo venturi tube are available to upgrade earlier Magma Gas grill's.
  • All replacement parts are in stock and readily available.

  • Reliable Piezo Igniter. Dependable push button lighting.
  • Burner & hi tech radiant plate & dome heat distribution design. Less flare up, even heat distribution & longer grill life. Allows use as a grill, stove or oven. Perfect even heat as a grill or direct open flame cooking as a stove.

  • Autodesk European Automotive Days 2008

    Tue, 28 Oct 2008

The 2008 Autodesk European Automotive Days conference was held last week in Munich, bringing together 200 automotive design and visualization experts. Autodesk presented their strategy and vision for industrial design, with an emphasis on 'digital prototyping', where even at the concept stage the digital model is treated not just as a set of surfaces, but is integrated within the engineering process as as a functional digital prototype, with the aim to eventually replace physical models entirely. There was also a recognition that traditional techniques continue to have an important place alongside digital workflows, as the workflows and technologies continue to evolve.

Lamborghini Murcielago – recall for fire risk

    Tue, 25 May 2010

Lamborghini Murcielago on Fire We don’t do the whole ‘Wrecked Exotic’ here on Cars UK. There’s something a bit unedifying about publishing pictures of the misfortunes of others, be they accidents or fires. Seems a bit ghoulish to us, although I’m sure we’d get even more traffic through the site if we did.

Audi R18 TDI dominates Le Mans 2011 test day

    Tue, 26 Apr 2011

Le Mans echoed to the sound of racing cars on Easter Sunday as teams took part in the sole scheduled test day, and Audi's new R18 coupe dominated the LMP1 class. Le Mans 2011: classes and rules changes The Automobile Club de l'Ouest (ACO), the organisers of the annual 24-hour race, made several changes to the competition classes and technical specifications for Le Mans 2011, aimed at reducing costs, raising lap times and ending the dominance of turbodiesel endurance racers. Out went V10 and V12 engines in the LMP1 (Le Mans Prototype) class, and in came new capacity limits for all engines, intake restrictors and lower turbo boost limits on existing turbodiesels. Naturally aspirated petrols units are now limited to 3.4-litres, turbo'd petrols can be no bigger than 2.0, and turbodiesels are restricted to 3.7-litres.
