Jenson Button triumphs for Brawn GP in Malaysia in the pouring rain. [ad#ad-1] After last weeks fairy-tale start to racing for Brawn GP at Melbourne, it was hard to believe that, despite seemingly being the best car on the grid,  Jenson Button could repeat his performance in Malaysia. Auto Motor Und Sport has been talking to SLS designer Hartmut Sinkwitz – who was responisble for the Smart (sublime to the ridiculous springs to mind) – who says that although it is important to pay homage to the Gullwing Mercedes of the ’50s – the inspiration for the new Mercedes SLS – it was vital that the SLS should be a modern car in every respect.

Infiniti G lineup anchored by smaller V6

Infiniti is adding a smaller V6 to its G sedan for the 2011 model year. The G25 sedan becomes the base model for the G line, which includes a coupe and a convertible. The G25 goes on sale in September with a base price of $31,825, including an $875 destination charge.
