Bathed in spring sunshine, the lawns of the Grand Hotel Villa d'Este played host to the annual gathering of 50 of the world's finest classic and concept cars, and 35 motorbikes. Sadly, clashing commitments meant that CDN couldn't jet down to Lake Como this year.

AM may not have been thrilled, but we all knew the AM310 from Villa D’Este was dusting off a moniker from Aston’s recent past to become the new Aston Martin Vanquish. And here it is – officially. In Aston’s best Porsche imitation, the DBS evolves in to the Vanquish without tampering too heavily with its looks, as AM310 already demonstrated.

But although Kia has sent us details of their new warm hatch, they haven’t exactly given us extensive detail. In fact, apart from a set of photos of the new pro_cee’d GT, we have little more than yesterday.
