2013 Chrysler 300 John Varvatos limited edition to be auctioned at Cattle Baron's Ball

The newly remodeled Cobo Center will host the 11th annua lAmerican Cancer Society Cattle Baron's Ball this Saturday with Chrysler as the presenting sponsor. Over the past decade, the event has raised over $10 million to help with efforts to combat cancer and to support those currently battling the disease. The American Cancer Society is marking its 100th anniversary.

The 2014 Toyota Corolla is the company's eleventh generation of the world's best-selling model, with almost 40 million sold since the first appeared in 1966. In line with the attempt to inject some interest into Toyota's model range (witness the new Avalon for example), this new Corolla is based around the mantra ‘Iconic Dynamism', whatever that might mean. Irwindale, Kern County tracks coming back

Two paved circle tracks in Southern California should be up and racing by spring, good lord willing and the creek don't rise. The two facilities plan to cooperate in order to maximize the chances of success. Irwindale Speedway, now officially to be referred to as The Irwindale Event Center, had no races on its oval tracks in 2012 after the former track operators filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in February.
