Ok, that's not entirely true -- what's happening is more or less self-evident: Three Aston Martin DB9s of indeterminate vintage are being hauled on a flatbed trailer big enough for only two. The why remains a mystery.

BMW works hard to avoid gas-guzzler tax

BMW AG hopes to get out from under the gas-guzzler taxes that are tacked on to the sticker prices of some of its high-performance models in the United States.
