2012 Porsche 911 – Details
Wed, 29 Dec 2010The 2012 Porsche 911 - grows in size It’s always the same when a new Porsche 911 comes along; it’s ‘spot-the-change’ time as Porsche reveals another evolution in the long history of its most iconic marque. So with a new 911 due in 2012 it’s perfectly reasonable to expect some nips and tucks to the body and a fettling of the oily bits to drag a bit more performance a bit more economically. Nothing too dramatic; just another chapter in the 911′s evolution.
Celebrating Mitsubishi...mostly the Evo
Mon, 14 Jul 2014Is Mitsubishi going to come back better than ever or has it overevved its corporate four-banger and sent a rod through its corporate head? Depends how you look at it. If you made your judgment solely by spending last Saturday at the Mitsubishi Owner's Day at company headquarters in Southern California, you'd think this carmaker was the greatest thing since overhead valves and forced induction.
McLaren P1 driven by Top Gear’s Jeremy Clarkson (video)
Fri, 11 Oct 2013McLaren P1 driven by Top Gear’s Jeremy Clarkson (pictured) It’s only a few days since McLaren revealed the first customer P1s are now rolling out of McLaren’s clinical production facility in Woking, and it looks like Jeremy Clarkson has bagged one to play with. The video (below) shows Clarkson behind the wheel of the new P1 which, judging by the number plate, is probably one of the first customer cars on the road. The opinionated one is preceded in the video by a pair of Range Rovers – one new, one old – at least one of which is a camera car, so this drive of the Mclaren P1 is obviously heading for a TV screen soon – hopefully on Top Gear.
