Thu, 20 Aug 2009The Frankfurt Motor Show 2009 runs from 17th -27th September to the public Many of the Japanese makers will be conspicuous by their absence, but that should be more than made up for by the launches from the big European makers. And of course the Koreans – in the guise of Hyundai and Kia – will do what they’re starting to do in the market place and fill the gap left by the Japanese. New VW Taigun SUV Concept moves production reality closer
Wed, 05 Feb 2014The latest VW Taigun Concept (pictured) debuted in New Delhi The VW Taigun Concept – a new, very compact, SUV based on up! underpinnings – first made an appearance at the Sao Paulo Motor Show in Brazil in 2012 and looked to be not only convincing, but heading for production. By spring of 2013, VW’s Klaus Bishoff was saying the Taigun would go in to production and not just for emerging markets but for the UK and Europe too.
Mercedes Teases Its 911 Rival Ahead Of Autumn Launch

The German firm has dropped the familiar ‘Benz’ element of its name, with the car being called simply the Mercedes-AMG GT. Name and cabin layout aside, Mercedes is giving little away as to the car’s looks and motive power.
