Kia unveiled the K900 rear-wheel drive executive sedan at the LA Auto Show on Wednesday. Kia plans for it to compete in the full-size luxury segment starting in the first quarter of 2015. Joe Lencki built a DOHC straight six in 1939 that made an astounding (for the time) 417 hp. The engine was in cars that raced, qualified or tried to qualify at Indianapolis all the way up to 1963.
