You are looking at a perfectly working one wire racing alternator made by Magsarus.  This alternator weighs 7 lbs. and was on a small block chevy engine.  It is a true single wire alternator, which uses only one wire hooked directly to the battery, no need for an on/off switch as it will start all by itself after it spins up to approximately 3,000 rpm.  The voltage output is regulated by a small light-weight regulator mounted directly to the back of the alternator which supplies 14.5 volts and 38 amps to your electrical system.  Works Perfectly and comes with the alternator pulley as shown in the pictures.  Thanks for looking at my items and feel free to write with any questions you may have.
