1) Contact must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

2) Payment must be received within 5 days of purchase.

3) If you bid / win an item by mistake please contact me to resolve.

4) If contact and payment is not made within the above time limits, the item will be relisted and I will use the non-paying bidder process to recover my fees.

5) I always obtain proof of posting and, where possible, tracking. The latter will be posted with the sold item. In cases of non-delivery it will be up to you to claim.

New Land Rover Defender Concept expected at Frankfurt Last week AE ran a report that suggested Land Rover were considering dumping the iconic Defender from their range as it was perhaps too difficult to find a cost-effective way to update it. Which we didn’t buy for a minute. As far as we can see, the Land Rover Defender is so iconic that Tata would have to find a way to keep it viable and in production even if they lost money on every Defender they built.

It was patented by Volvo engineer Nils Bohlin in 1959, but the Swedes magnanimously opened up the tech to other car makers as they saw the real-world safety benefit of seatbelts in all cars. The design was so effective that in Germany the patent registrars listed it in the top eight inventions which have made an impact from 1885 to 1985.
