Genuine Mercury Mariner Front Face Plate for Cowling This is a front cowl cover/face plate from a Mariner outboard. It has some signs of wear cosmetically, needs cleaning up a bit, but is in good working shape. Measurements: Approximately 14-1/2" High, 8-1/2" Wide This was in a group I found in a box at my Granddad's boat store and with most of them, I don't know exactly what motor they came off of. Many will fit a range of models. I'm including measurements and any info I can find regarding what they might fit, but can't guarantee a particular model. Saab says it will restart production after securing short-term loan
Mon, 02 May 2011Saab aims to restart production within a week after its owner, Spyker Cars, secured a 30 million euro ($44.7 million) short-term loan to help ease its cash crunch. Spyker said it will borrow the money from Gemini Investment Fund in a convertible loan agreement with a 6-month maturity. The interest rate of the loan is 7 percent a year and the conversion price is 4.88 euros per share.
Ram truck gets new V6, eight-speed transmission
Thu, 08 Mar 2012The Ram pickup scheduled to be introduced in April will offer both the Pentastar 3.6-liter V6 and an eight-speed transmission, according to a Chrysler Group filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The voluntary annual filing--which appeared Tuesday on the automaker's corporate Web site, chryslergroupllc.com--laid out many new features of the upcoming version of the automaker's top-selling vehicle. The new eight-speed transmission "reduces fuel consumption by up to 12 percent over our current five-speed transmissions," such as the one now in the Ram, the filing said.
Lexus Design Awards open for entries under the theme 'Senses'

The theme of the 2015 competition is Senses, which opens up the opportunity for designers to explore sight, sound, smell, taste and/or touch. Entrants will be judged by a panel including architect Toyo Ito, curators Paolo Antonelli and Aric Chen, and Lexus president and former head of Toyota design Tokuo Fukuichi.
