Description

Marshall shock-proof pressure gauges have rugged construction and are liquid filled for vibration dampening. Getting an Accurate Reading When Gauge Heats Up: You should vent or cool a liquid filled 0-15 psi gauge when it gets hot to ensure an accurate reading. To cool: wrap the gauge case with a wet cold towel. Once the gauge temp comes down to ambient your reading will be accurate. To vent: push the vent plug to the side a little to equalize the gauge case pressure with the atmospheric pressure. Once the gauge case pressure is equalized your reading will be accurate.

By Tim Pollard Motor Industry 02 June 2009 06:57 General Motors today faces the humiliation of collapsing into bankruptcy. It marks the 1 June deadline imposed by US president Barack Obama for the General to sort out its business – or seek protection from creditors in the bankruptcy courts. As we’re all too painfully aware, GM has been unable to perform miracles, triggering one of the greatest industrial collapses seen in American corporate history.

Brabus tunes Mercedes-Benz GLK

Fri, 11 Dec 2009

Yes, this is the same Mercedes-Benz GLK that broke cover in New York during the Sex and the City movie, but we guarantee Carrie, Sam, Miranda and Charlotte wouldn't be caught dead in it. That's because German tuner Brabus took the standard Mercedes GLK and made it into a 200-mph freight train. The go-fast guys started by wedging a Mercedes-sourced, twin-turbo V12 into the GLK's engine bay.
