This listing is for a rebuild of one hydraulic headlight cylinders for above cars (Bora and Khamsin medium size seat cylinder same price

... Bora  peddle box longer cylinder also same price 

You will have to send your old cylinder (s') (core )

we will redesign rebuild your cylinder so that you will be able to screw the head on to your cylinders  just like  my previous  new cylinders

Of course we install new seals etc  when you receive the cylinder it's ready to use  

We send  a regular update of the progress and you will be send a small movie of testing your cylinders upon completion  same as my you tube movie for the switches

If ever you have a leaking cylinder due to a worn seal , no need to   worry anymore as you can service  your original Bosch cylinder ( install new seals yourself  , if ever needed that is ) all seals we use are universal

I have been servicing and or making brand new  cylinders  for  many years

All shipping charges and custom charges are at your cost

best is sending with fedex  even though I had no problem ever with other shippers like EMS/ DHL etc  all up to you,,the  shipping cost ,,return to you "" depends on how many cylinders you send ( shippers charge by weight for small packages )

rebuild is US$500 per cylinder , again it doesn't matter if it's the long cylinder for the Bora pedal box or mid size seat or short headlight cylinder all same price per cylinder ,, note this is a one time expense  never ever anymore  problems having to look for someone to service the cylinders after you get them back from me ,, YES  ..you can have your mama to service them


Note ; when removing your cylinders make sure to use 2 spanners and please don't snap off the stick in nipple adapter . often I have people braking  the adapter stick in thingy/nipple

Note I have these adapter nipples available  as well but if you snap of the one that's attached to the hose then you would have to buy a new hose and a adapter , see pictures of same
