Buyer agrees to pay the fixed shipping charge listed in Shipping Section of the auction details.  Alaska and Hawaii may require additional shipping fees above the fixed priced shipping rate.  Puerto Rico shipments require a minimum additional $25 shipping fee.   All items will be shipped via either United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise noted.  Upgraded shipping options are available but must be arranged after winning an item by contacting us.  If you need to contact us about anything else, please use the “Contact Seller” option in eBay).

TRACKING: 
Package tracking information will be e-mailed to winning bidder, after item has been packaged and shipped.  The email will come from the normal eBay/PayPal/UPS shipping notification process to the email address listed on the winning bidder’s eBay/Paypal Account.  Some email spam blockers will intercept this email so please have spam blockers configured correctly or turned off.  Please do not email requests for tracking information unless it has been at least 7 days from the end of the auction.

We guarantee the item or items in our auctions to be as described and pictured or your money back.  Shipping to buyer and return shipping are Non-Refundable.  Refunds due to buyer’s remorse will not be considered.  The buyer has 3 days from the date of delivery to report any issues. All returns require an inspection to verify the reported issue and items must be returned in the same condition that they were received.  We require confirmed return delivery on any returned item, and reserve the right to hold refunds until item has been received and verified.
