Porsche confirms four-cylinder Macan
Wed, 11 Dec 2013Porsche has said that its new Macan SUV will come with four-cylinder engines – making it the first four-pot Porsche since 1995. Porsche engineer Antoon Janssen told MSN Cars: “There will be four-cylinder engines added to the range shortly. Ford plans to introduce two-cylinder and three-cylinder engines
Tue, 15 Sep 2009Ford Motor Co. will introduce its smallest turbocharged engine yet next year, and on the horizon are even tinier engines--including two- and three-cylinder versions, the automaker's powertrain chief said Monday. Barb Samardzich, Ford vice president of powertrain engineering, said two- and three-cylinder engines and engines with displacements of 1.0 liter or below are possible.
