Lehigh Acres, Florida, United States
Condition:Used

For auction is a very rare and unique Maxi Taxi Windshield.  It was only made from 1968 - 1971.  It is next to impossible to even find one much less with the glass still in it not shattered.
I have provided many photos of the condition of the unit.

The blemishes are shown in the photos.  They are minor and just need a good polishing.  There is 1 scratch in the front that is shown in a close-up in the photos. You have to really get the right angle to see it.

Th last photo shows the body it was removed from just to show the style.  The body is being sold separate on another site,

I am providing a hand drawn sketch of the sizes and dimensions of the overall windshield.
Please ask any and all questions prior to bidding.

If reserve isn't met before I receive my BIN from another site I reserve the right to cancel any and all bids and end the auction.

Shipping insurance is a must from the buyer.  You choose how much. This will ship UPS ONLY and only to the lower 48 states.Prompt payment must be made at auction end.

Shipping will be exact cost.

There will be a flat fee of $75.00 added to the final sale to safely package this windshield.

Don't take this wrong but I personally feel this is not the right site to sell this windshield. 1 web site shows there are only 9 - 12 registered in the world.  Before you email with why the site is wrong, take note of the curve at the bottom of the windshield, it is not flat.
Good Luck

Saab 9-5 at Frankfurt – looks promising

Wed, 16 Sep 2009

The Saab 9-5 revealed at Frankfurt In the flesh the new 9-5 is impresive. Stylish – without being a parody of Saabs gone by – and exuding a feeling of quality and thoughtful design. It’s not cluttered with design whimsies, but a clean and very focused shape shouts ‘Class’.

Call to cut school run car journeys

Tue, 17 Jun 2014

A 10% CUT in school run car journeys would boost Britain's economy by around £46 million a year, a sustainable transport charity has claimed. Sustrans, which is calling on the Government to formally recognise the right of every child to be able to walk or cycle to school safely, estimates that ferrying children to school by car accounts for 24% of peak time traffic. Using Department for Transport modelling to calculate the financial drain on business caused by rush-hour congestion, Sustrans estimated that a 14% reduction in car use for school runs would take 167,000 vehicles off the road with an annual "saving" of £66.2 million.

Nissan Cube – UK Details and Prices

The Nissan Cube hits UK roads in January 2010 A strange little beast, the Nissan Cube. Nissan consider it to be a “unique solution for 21st century drivers” and they may be right. We reported recently that Generation Y Drivers are more interested in comfort and equipment than style and performance, and in many ways the Nissan Cube delivers.
