Tech Center, shot to stardom when four forgotten concepts -- the 1955 Cadillac LaSalle II roadster and sedan, the 1955 Chevrolet Biscayne, and the 1956 Cadillac Eldorado Brougham Town Car -- were rescued in 1988 by collector Joe Bortz in 1988.
