Shipping Policy:  We normally ship by USPS or FedEx Ground / Home Delivery.  If you have a PO Box address we only ship by USPS.  Since eBay does not have a listing for FedEx at this time, so we will use the UPS Ground information for shipping charges.  Please include your phone number when ordering

PayPal payments made with instant transfer with either PayPal funds or a credit card linked though PayPal will ship the same or next Business day. PayPal payments made with the PayPal E-Check feature will ship only once PayPal clears payment.

Return Policy Details: Item(s) must be returned within: 30 Days Refund will be given as: Money Back to funding source or if paid by check or cash, refund will be a Company Check mailed to customer after processing of refund takes place. ALL DVD’S AND MANUALS WILL BE EXCHANGE ONLY.  RETURNS MUST BE RETURNED TO US IN RE-SELL ABLE CONDITION AND THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING MUST BE UNOPENED.  WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES TO OR FROM SELLER.  We have a 20% restocking fee on all returned items.
