Mazda Miata OEM Torsen II 4.3 ratio Limited Slip Differential Conversion Kit

This is a very good used and in good working condition 4.3:1 ratio Torsen LSD, housing, and driveshaft removed from a 2002 CA 1.8L Miata that had been crashed in the front.  The stub axles and axles were removed from '95 Miata.   The car's odometer showed only 68,000 miles, and this was confirmed by examining service records.

This kit is perfect for the 1.6L Miata owner who wants to convert over to a Torsen with a 4.3 ratio.  This kit includes everything you need for the conversion (including axle, stub axle, and driveshaft nuts).

The unit is in outstanding condition.  No rust.  Smooth pinion gear.  Smooth gear teeth with good contact pattern.  No excessive backlash.  The ring gear has 43 teeth and the pinion gear has 10, meaning its a 4.30 ratio.

The driveshaft U-joints are in great shape and not notchy.  There is no excessive play.  The axles are in good shape and the boots are not cracked or damaged.

Fits all Miata cars from 1990 through 2004.   This is a plug and play setup, and includes all that you see in the photos.

Yes, this year at SEMA Ford will have ten customized Transit Connect small business haulers in a celebration it's calling “Vandemonium.” So far we have a picture of just of one of them, the “TC – Pentech,” a Transit Connect with two driving simulators in the back. Info on the other nine hasn't been released yet but suffice to say Vandemonium could make the Transit Connect the PC Cruiser of the new millennium.
