This rear counterweight is 100% brand new and is required when upgrading your 86-88 production, 2nd generation (series 4) RX-7 with a lightweight flywheel.
This counterweight is compatible with either steel or aluminum flywheels. It will work with either turbo or non-turbo engines. Mazda list price: $183.31 Included in this auction is a set (6) of grade 10.9 heavy duty bolts for the installation of the flywheel to the counterweight (see images). This counterweight is compatible with flywheels from the following manufacturers: ACT Exedy Fidanza Racing Beat Bonez Competition Clutch Clutch Masters and should fit all other brands of "bolt-on" flywheels also. It is in fact the ‘Prius 10th Anniversary’, a catchy little moniker that at least does what it says on the tin.
