Think of i as BMW M - a sub brand for the internet-savvy, eco-conscious, city-dwelling new premium car buyer. BMW's new sub-brand was launched with a live-streaming web conference from the BMW Welt complex in Munich on 21 February 2011.

Saab is planning a return to its old-brand values with an extended model range as it prepares for a new, independent future owned by a joint U.S.-Scandinavian investment team. Swedish supercar maker Koenigsegg grabbed headlines as the buyer from General Motors, but Koenigsegg is just one of at least three major investors. So we thought we ought to enlighten you a bit. The Subaru Trezia is the fruits of another Toyota/Subaru collaberation, but rather than being a joint project between Subaru and Toyota this one is much simpler – badge-engineeering.
