These two things are all you need to replace the timing belt yourself (not counting the regular tools, of course).

The thing with two prongs is used to torque the tensioner, and the thing that looks like a bolt is used to keep the balancing cam still.

Don't pay the mechanics $400 to replace the belt, do it yourself!

I recommend you use OEM timing belts, tensioner roller, water pump etc.
