Last month I returned from my second consecutive Nurburgring 24hr race, so I was excited to be getting my first taste of Le Mans last weekend. Two very similar concepts, yet the endurance races at the Ring and Le Mans differ hugely, and both excite for very different reasons. The Mercedes C-Class range is getting a new special edition model – the Edition C – with cosmetic and equipment upgrades and a new 4MATIC C-Class. The current model of the Mercedes C-Class has been around for a while and is due for an upgrade in 2014. But with a year to go before we get a new C-Class, Mercedes has launched the special edition ‘Edition C’ models to inject some new showroom appeal in the C-Class range.
