SALES TAX: We do not charge sales tax for products shipped outside the state of Wisconsin. For Wisconsin residents 5.6% Sales Tax will be added to the purchase during checkout.
SHIPPING: Shipping fee listed is only for the lower 48 states, HAWAII, ALASKA , and CANADA only. All other COUNTRIES please call for rates. If contacting for a shipping quote please include the City, State/Province and Postal Code.
We attempt to ship our items within 1 business day after the payment has been received.
We ship once per day, Monday through Friday.
If your payment is received after our shipments for the day have gone out, your item will ship the next day.
If your payment is received after 12 noon on Friday, your item will ship out on Monday.
Expedited shipping is available upon request. Buyer is responsible for any additional charges incurred due to the upgrade in shipping.
We do have a one-business day handling time to allow us to pack your item properly for shipping.
We try to have this completed on the same day or by the next morning so we can ship your item the next day after payment has been received.
RETURNS: All items returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returned items have to be in the original, unopened package to receive refund.
